Wedding Stationery is not just limited to your invitations, there are many different elements.. These include, but are not limited to:

SAVE THE DATE’S: A save-the-date is generally used to give your guests ample notice to attend your wedding, especially if you are planning a destination or out-of-town wedding. This allows guests to plan for time off from work and budget for travel expenses. It’s also a fantastic way to showcase your engagement photos.

INVITATIONS: The wedding invitation is the first glimpse that guests have into your big day. it will notify your guests of the date, time and place of your wedding. The invitation should set the tone and formality of the event.

RSVP’S: This is your request for a reply as to whether or not your guest is able to attend your event. It is usually included with your wedding invitation. The RSVP format can be as follows: a separate card with addressed envelope, a postcard, or a phone number and/or email printed some where in the invitation package. Often can also include a meal choice for the guest.

PROGRAMS: Programs give guests an itinerary to the day’s events. It is also a place where you can provide information about the ceremony, your bridal party, and thank special people who have contributed to your wedding. These are especially great for destination weddings.

MENU’S: Menu’s have become increasingly popular to provide at each guest dinner setting. They provide your guests with a list of items to be served during meal time.

PLACE CARDS: These cards (usually paper but trending other materials are now being used) indicate a specific seat at which that guest should sit. These are usually placed at in center or top of plate. These are also called ESCORT Cards when placed in lieu of a Seating Chart at the front entrance of a reception.

SEATING CHART: Seating Charts come in a wide variety of designs customized to match the design of the wedding. It is a list of guests either by table or alphabetical that indicates where guests will be seated.

TABLE NUMBERS: A table number is a label placed on each table to direct your guest to find the correct table. These can be numbers, or sometimes other items relevant to a wedding theme (such as places, landmarks, people, characters, etc.)

GUEST BOOK and/or ADVISE CARDS: These come in many different forms nowadays. They are a great reminder of the wonderful people that came to your wedding and often include well wishes for the couple.

FAVOR LABELS: Favor labels are attached to an item you choose to give your guest as a small gift for coming to your wedding. They complete the item with a personalized message using a sticker or a tag tied with ribbon.

WATER BOTTLE / WINE LABELS: If you are having an outdoor ceremony, water bottles are a great little extra for your guests and a terrific way to showcase the continuous theme of your wedding. Take it one step further and add your own custom labels to the wine. Maybe it’s a wine you made yourselves or a great way for you to communicate a game for kissing.

SIGNAGE: Signage will give your guests extra information about your wedding. Often seen in the form of Directions, Seating arrangements at the ceremony, games for cocktail hour, and announcements such as Hashtags or Unplugged Ceremony. A few other pieces you may want to include are Thank you Signs, Bathroom Signage, and Mr. & Mrs. Signs. These are great ways to reach your guest and communicate to a large group.

DECALS: Decals can be used in a wide variety of items for your wedding. Decals are great for transportation, walls,  mirrors, gifts, centrepieces, etc! Wedding decals can be designed in any pattern, shape, or word that you desire!

THANK YOU CARDS: Proper etiquette states a prompt, hand-written thank-you card in required for guests that attended your wedding, and for any gifts they have given. A great way to end your event is to match your already existing stationery making it seem-less all the way through. If you receive a few teaser photos from your photographer a few of these would also be great to include in the design.
